Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calling: Contact prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Inbound support: Handle queries from existing customers and provide accurate information.
- Lead generation: Identify potential clients, schedule follow-ups, and convert leads into sales.
- Customer relationship: Build rapport, ensure satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.
- Data management: Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Sales pitch adaptation: Modify communication style based on customer needs and responses.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, or local languages.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
- Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, CRM software).
- Persuasive and confident personality with customer service orientation.
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma (graduates preferred).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
