Back Office Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Coordinator to manage daily administrative and operational tasks while ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Maintain and update company records, reports, databases, and documentation accurately
- Coordinate effectively with sales, service, accounts, and operations teams
- Handle data entry, reporting, emails, and internal communication professionally
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using MS Excel and basic computer tools
- Manage customer, vendor, stock, invoice, and office records efficiently
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of work
- Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Maintain smooth office workflow with attention to detail and accuracy
- Support management with administrative coordination and operational activities
- Work efficiently in a team environment with a positive and professional attitude
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in back office or coordination role preferred
- Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
