We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Senior Level Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will look beyond basic data entry to oversee complex financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic insights that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with a high degree of accuracy.
- General Ledger Management: Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset management.
- Compliance & Tax: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations. Assist with tax preparation, filings, and external audit coordination.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current accounting workflows and implement internal controls or automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
