Job Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ calls daily to builders and developers
- Generate leads independently using any tools/platforms
- Explain and sell Rairax paid subscription plans to builders
- Onboard builders across Maharashtra
- Maintain proper daily reporting and follow-ups
- Achieve strict monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Target-oriented mindset is mandatory
- Confidence in cold calling and closing deals
- Marathi and Hindi speaking preferred
- Real estate sales experience is a plus
- Only serious sales professionals should apply
Important:
- Strict performance and sales-based role
- Monthly targets will be assigned
- No fixed salary for non-performers unable to achieve sales targets
