Job Type: 3-Month Contract (with potential for extension)
Experience:( Freshers & Experienced Both)
Responsibilities:
Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone.
Resolving customer issues and concerns effectively and efficiently.
Providing product information, assistance, and technical support when needed.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Staying updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Meeting and exceeding customer service performance targets and goals.
Qualifications:
SSLC, PUC, 2nd PUC, Diploma, Bachelor's
Communication languages:
Hindi, English, Malayalam any 2 Languages
Contract Duration:
The selected candidate will be offered a 3-month contract for this position. Please note that this is a project-based role with an initial duration of 3 months.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
