Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month (Negotiable)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per the required quality standards.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
Allocate work to workers and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and management.
Monitor manpower attendance and productivity.
Ensure work is carried out as per plans, specifications, and schedules.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and material records.
Ensure proper use and availability of tools, equipment, and materials.
Follow and enforce safety rules and procedures at the site.
Identify site-related issues and report them to the concerned manager.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability.
Monitor housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Handle any other site-related responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI / Graduate qualification preferred.
2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
Good knowledge of site operations and manpower management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle workers and contractors effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and report preparation.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Willingness to work at site as per project requirements.
