Job Title: Sales Officer / Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Officer to generate sales, build customer relationships, and promote company products/services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers
- Meet sales targets and business goals
- Visit clients and maintain strong customer relationships
- Promote and explain company products/services
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback
- Follow up with existing and potential customers
- Coordinate with the marketing and support teams
- Identify new market opportunities
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales and marketing knowledge
- Customer handling and relationship-building ability
- Confidence and presentation skills
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and targets
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
- MBA/Marketing background is an advantage
- Experienced candidates can apply
Experience:
- 1–5 years of sales experience preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
