Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all online/offline and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
- Coordinate with vendors, negotiate quotations, and oversee project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Drive new customer acquisition for residential project stock.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee company branding, office/employee visuals, and branding elements.
- Develop and execute entry marketing strategies for new business initiatives.
- Design and implement campaigns for new business ventures.
- Manage and uphold brand identity across all mediums.
- Handle PR (Public Relations), media outreach, and corporate communication for the group’s businesses and new developments.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years handling digital marketing and public relations.
- For Advertising Agency
- Strong understanding of marketing tools, analytics, strategies, and public relations practices.
- Proven experience in planning and executing PR campaigns and media relations.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, media agencies, and internal teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage media and public interactions.
- Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
