Job Summary
SLA Institute is looking for an enthusiastic Communication / Soft Skills Trainer to train IT students in spoken English, business communication, presentation skills, HR interview preparation, and workplace etiquette. The ideal candidate should be confident in delivering interactive training sessions and preparing students for corporate careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train students in Spoken English and Business Communication.
- Conduct sessions on presentation skills, public speaking, and workplace etiquette.
- Deliver HR interview preparation, mock interviews, and group discussions.
- Improve students' confidence, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Plan and conduct engaging classroom activities and assessments.
- Provide individual feedback to help students improve their communication skills.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Experience in communication training, soft skills, teaching, or corporate training is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills can also apply.
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
