ob Title:Selling skill trainer
Job Role:
- The Selling skill trainer is responsible for ensuring the success of sales and sales support
personnel by providing them with the necessary knowledge, skills, content, and tools.
- As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you onboard Sales Development trainer and address
their training & coaching needs. You will also be responsible for procuring the content
and trainers from product marketing / GTM teams and deploying this content as part of
employee onboarding and ongoing initiatives.
- Design and develop a role-based learning curriculum.
- Deliver training sessions on sales skills, processes, methodology, and tools.
- Conduct sales coaching sessions on a need basis.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly training calendars and execute them as per the plan.
- Evaluate training and coaching programs and measure their impact.
- Execute post-training support plans.
- Prepare training reports and maintain training MIS.
- Undertake training administration, including logistics and nominations.
Qualifications
- 4-7 Years of experience delivering sales skills/soft skills/sales coaching programs.
- 2-4 Years of prior experience in B2B selling is required.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation skills is mandatory.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills with an ability to present to executives.
- Need project planning and implementation skills.
- The ability to work in a collaborative environment is a must.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Graduate or a Post-Graduate degree preferably in Psychology / Sociology / Arts /
Management or in the related field.
