We are looking for a competitive, target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base. You will source new sales opportunities through direct cold calling, field visits, and face-to-face networking. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a high level of self-motivation, and the ability to negotiate and close deals independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities-
- Lead Generation: Conduct daily field visits to identify potential clients, generate warm leads, and expand the sales pipeline.
- Sales Conversion: Deliver persuasive in-person presentations, demonstrate product features, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
- Territory Management: Map out and manage your assigned geographic area to maximize daily visit efficiency and market penetration.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing accounts to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Operations: Record all field activities, update client data, and submit daily performance metrics using our CRM software.
- Market Feedback: Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and market trends to provide feedback to internal teams.
Required Skills & Profile-
- Experience: Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive, Outside Sales Rep, or similar B2B/B2C direct sales role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and strong negotiation skills.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for daily field travel.
- Resilience: Target-oriented mindset with the stamina to handle rejection and work long hours outdoors.
- Tech Literacy: Comfort using mobile devices, navigation apps, and CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)-
- Monthly Sales Volume: Total revenue generated versus assigned monthly targets.
- Conversion Rate: The percentage of field visits that result in an actual sale.
- Daily Visit Volume: Meeting the minimum benchmark of 10 to 15 unique client interactions per day.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
