Job Summary:
We are looking for an analytical, results-driven Cloud Solution Architect who will work individually and
with various stakeholders to troubleshoot and improve our current application stack and processes. The
Cloud Solution Architect will use their understanding of programming, knowledge of languages, and
various tools to analyze current standards and processes and optimize them quickly for a more secure
and reliable system — creating a more seamless experience for users.

Must-Have Requirements
- Prior experience working in a fintech, banking, or financial services (BFSI) environment, with
working knowledge of the security, compliance, and regulatory constraints (e.g., PCI-DSS, data
residency, audit trails) typical of financial systems.
- Certified AWS Solutions Architect — Professional.
- Overall 15+ years of experience in IT, with hands-on architecture experience.
Job Description
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
- Hands-on IT experience with knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, security, container, database,
application architecture, and integration with AI/ML or analytics.
- Experience architecting, migrating, or transforming requirements using cloud infrastructure best
practices.
- Experience in software development and application architecture in container environments and
DevOps.
- Hands-on experience in cloud continuous integration and deployment, automation,
troubleshooting, and fixing deployment issues. Expertise in container-based deployments.
- Strong technical experience in product design, support, automation of build and packaging,
release management, troubleshooting build/environment issues, and contributing to CI/CD
pipeline implementation — including automated deployments and upgrades of COTS and
databases.
- Familiarity with the industry technology stack for data management, ingestion, capture,
processing, and curation: Kafka, StreamSets, Attunity, GoldenGate, MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive,
HBase, Cassandra, Spark, Flume, Impala, etc.
- Multi-cloud experience a plus: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
- Experience developing and deploying ETL solutions on AWS.
Requirements & Skills
- Overall 15+ years of experience.
- Must have experience delivering cloud or architecture solutions specifically within fintech,
banking, payments or insurance organizations is required.
- Provide process, guidance, and governance on technology obsolescence, component re-use, and
platform modernization.
- Design, document, and communicate solution designs that accommodate Agile principles of fail-
fast, providing the resilience necessary for changing and fluid requirements.
- Incorporate reuse, standardization, and Security-by-Design into solution designs to simplify,
secure, and accelerate technology delivery.
- Support implementation of architectural designs from infrastructure setup through to delivery,
as necessary.
- Empower development teams to deliver architectural designs with a light-touch approach.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

- Containerization / Kubernetes.

requirements.
