Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Environment Manager / Release & DevOps Manager with strong expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline management, and Salesforce deployments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing release processes, coordinating environments, implementing DevOps best practices, and ensuring successful deployment of Salesforce applications across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end release and deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Coordinate environment readiness and deployment schedules across multiple teams.
- Execute and manage Salesforce metadata and data deployments.
- Establish and maintain DevOps processes, standards, and governance.
- Collaborate with development, QA, business, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth release execution.
- Monitor deployment activities and resolve release-related issues.
- Maintain release documentation, deployment procedures, and environment configurations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for release and deployment processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational release management and change management policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in Environment Management, Release Management, or DevOps.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
- Extensive experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in DevOps setup, automation, and deployment processes.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Metadata and Data Deployments.
- Experience managing complex release schedules and deployment activities.
- Knowledge of version control systems and deployment governance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management practices.
- Experience coordinating deployments across multiple teams and environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
