We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Online Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating business through online platforms, identifying potential clients, and securing projects for web development, digital marketing, and IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Bid on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other online marketplaces.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit proposals to potential clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on project inquiries.
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams for project discussions.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and proposal-writing skills.
- Knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other bidding platforms.
- Understanding of web development, digital marketing, and IT services.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Freshers to 3 years of experience can apply.
