Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging digital content aligned with marketing objectives.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, reviews, and messages across digital platforms.
- Develop strategies to increase audience engagement, followers, and online community growth.
- Coordinate digital campaigns with marketing, sales, and creative teams.
- Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, campaign performance, and audience behavior.
- Conduct competitor and industry trend analysis to identify engagement opportunities.
- Support lead generation and customer retention initiatives through digital channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.
Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
