We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Facility Operations Manager for the Delhi NCR region to manage end-to-end facility management operations across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete facility operations across multiple client sites.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, technical, and support staff teams.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment and smooth site operations.
- Coordinate directly with senior management and submit operational reports.
- Handle client meetings, escalations, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and operational inspections.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
- Maintain operational documentation, MIS reports, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with HR for hiring, replacements, and manpower planning.
- Manage vendor coordination and material/site requirements.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Handle operational challenges and emergency situations effectively.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Good knowledge of facility management operations
- Experience in managing multiple sites and manpower teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and operational documentation
- Comfortable traveling across Delhi locations
