Job Role & Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Bakery Cook with a specific focus on croissants and laminated dough. Your primary role will be:
- Dough Preparation: Expertly mixing, fermenting, and laminating dough for croissants, pain au chocolat, and danishes.
- Baking: Managing oven temperatures and timing to ensure perfectly flaky, golden-brown textures.
- Quality Control: Maintaining consistency in shape, size, and taste for every batch.
- Kitchen Management: Keeping the workstation clean, managing ingredient inventory (flour, butter, yeast), and following food safety standards.
- New Recipes: Assisting in developing seasonal fillings or new pastry variations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Technical Skill: Deep understanding of the lamination process (folding and rolling butter into dough).
- Schedule: Ability to work early morning shifts (essential for fresh morning bakes).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle bulk ingredients.
Salary & Perks:
- Monthly Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on experience).
