Experience: Minimum 15 Years
Qualification: Postgraduate / Postgraduate Diploma in Planning, Urban Planning, or Development Studies from a recognized/accredited university
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage urban and regional planning projects as Team Leader or Project Manager
- Oversee the preparation and execution of:
- Master Plans
- Regional Plans
- Sub-Regional Plans
- Metropolitan Regional Plans
- Structure Plans
- Coordinate with stakeholders, government bodies, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with statutory planning norms, policies, and guidelines
- Provide strategic inputs for sustainable urban development
- Review and approve planning reports, drawings, and deliverables
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and team performance
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in urban/regional planning
- Proven experience as Team Leader / Project Manager in large-scale planning projects
- Strong knowledge of planning regulations, development control norms, and policy frameworks
- Experience working on government or infrastructure-related projects is preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
