Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations within an assigned territory for CCTV, security, and surveillance solutions. The role involves managing channel partners, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with distributors, integrators, and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales operations across the assigned territory
- Drive sales of CCTV cameras, surveillance systems, access control, and related security solutions
- Appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and government sectors
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with customers and partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for promotions, product launches, and installations
- Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding payments
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
