pstrongRole Purpose/strong/ppDeliver financial insight to support the CoE FP&A and Hotel Operations teams and Finance business partners in driving performance and value to IHG./ppstrongKey Accountabilities/strong/pulliProvide decision support activities to the respective UK CoE team, including supporting first round of budgeting and forecasting, and management reporting for/liliSystem size and pipeline, Corporate and Hotels results./liliCreate and maintain dashboards and standard packs./liliSupport CoE month end close activities including but not limited to the raising of journal requests./liliPopulate standard reports with data, and consolidation of sub-sets./liliFlexible to provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required./liliIdentify process improvement opportunities and support the delivery of improvements in processes, systems and procedures./liliBuild and maintain strong relationships within the CoE and collaborate to deliver high quality outputs./liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with the BSC, being able to collaborate to resolve issues quickly and effectively./liliEnsure documentation of relevant processes is created and maintained./liliContribute to management reporting through maintenance of data logs./liliSupport audit queries./li/ulpstrongKey Skills & Experiences/strong/pulliFinance or business-related education preferably CA (I)/CWA (I) or equivalent such as MBA in Finance with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role./liliSome experience as a finance analyst is desired, including experience with operational planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, management reporting./liliAdvanced user of Oracle, Essbase, reporting tools, Excel, PowerPoint./liliAbility to prioritise and to operate effectively in a fast moving, global environment with tight deadlines./liliExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail./liliStrong oral and written communication, interpersonal, collaborative and problem solving skills./li/ul
