Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and accurate MRP (Material Requirements Planning) functionality.
- Source the right materials on time, meeting purchase requisitions with the right quality, quantity, and cost.
- Release purchase orders promptly and follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered as per schedule.
- Strictly adhere to purchase processes according to company procedures and policies.
- Regularly interact with Quality Control (QC) to ensure incoming materials are cleared and communicate updates to production and the team.
- Negotiate with suppliers for cost reduction and monitor significant trends, supplier changes, and pricing opportunities.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve delivery performance and quality standards.
- Identify non-standard or at-risk parts and assist in developing new sourcing options.
- Work with the quality team to resolve supplier-related issues promptly using the Supplier Corrective Action process.
- Maintain accurate records, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.
- Ensure material availability in advance to prevent production line stoppages due to material shortages.
- Comply with all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements when purchasing from suppliers.
- Demonstrate knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma (Mechanical) / B.E. (Mechanical)
- Experience in the manufacturing industry

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
