OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage sales data, incentive calculations, and payout processes. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate tracking of revenue, commissions, and performance metrics across the sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and manage daily and monthly MIS reports related to sales and disbursements.
- Track partner/distributor login files and map them accurately with respective partner codes.
- Coordinate with lenders to collect utilization reports and payout statements.
- Prepare partner/distributor payouts on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of partner onboarding and login files.
- Collaborate with the tech team to ensure proper recording of login details in the system for data accuracy.
- Reconcile data between internal systems and lender reports to ensure consistency.
- Develop performance dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review.
- Identify discrepancies in payouts or MIS reports and resolve them proactively.
- Ensure timely processing of login files with lenders.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas)
- Solid understanding of basic financial calculations and data analysis
- High attention to detail, especially with numbers and payout accuracy
- Ability to handle large datasets and multiple reports simultaneously
- Good coordination and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1–2 years of experience in MIS / Sales Operations / Fintech / NBFC
- Understanding of financial products, lending, or fintech operations is a plus

- Accuracy of MIS reports and payout calculations
- Timeliness of incentive processing
- Error rate in data reconciliation
- Turnaround time for report generation
