We are looking for a clinic operations assistant who can help with medicine packing, stock management, procedure room setup, and basic clinic operations.
The candidate should be able to read medicine names properly, follow instructions carefully, and work in an organised way. Training will be provided, but the person should be serious, attentive, and willing to learn.
Candidate must be living near Naraina or nearby areas only. Candidates living very far from Naraina should not apply, as daily punctuality and timing are important for this role.
The clinic has its main center in Naraina. Depending on the candidate’s comfort, travel ability, and clinic requirement, additional Vijay Enclave branch duty may be offered separately. Final salary will be decided accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Packing medicines as instructed.
- Reading medicine names and labels carefully.
- Maintaining medicine stock and basic inventory.
- Preparing medicine packets for patients.
- Helping with procedure room setup.
- Keeping medicine and clinic material organized.
- Supporting doctor and senior staff during clinic hours.
- Basic billing/record support if trained.
- Checking stock shortage and informing on time.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in medicine area.
- Following clinic checklists and work protocols.
Requirements
- Must be living near Naraina or nearby areas.
- Must be able to read Hindi and basic English.
- Must be careful and responsible with medicine packing.
- Must be willing to learn clinic systems.
- Must be disciplined and punctual.
- Should be comfortable working in a skin/derma clinic.
- Basic phone/WhatsApp knowledge preferred.
- Prior pharmacy, clinic, lab, dental clinic, nursing assistant, or medicine handling experience is preferred but not compulsory.

Preferred Skills
- Candidate who knows how to drive a scooty or bike.
- Candidate comfortable with occasional Vijay Enclave branch duty, if required.

Branch Duty
Main work location will be Naraina.
Vijay Enclave branch duty may be offered only if the candidate is comfortable with it and if the clinic requires it. Extra salary/allowance may be provided for additional branch responsibility.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month depending on experience, skill, timing, work quality, and branch responsibility if applicable.
Final salary will be decided after interview and trial.
