SAHAYAK Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to join our growing team. This is an inside sales role focused on engaging with Indian entrepreneurs, MSMEs, and startups by providing end-to-end business solutions.
Leads will be 100% provided by the company. Your role is to connect with potential clients, understand their business needs, and guide them through our services while building long-term relationships.
This role offers deep exposure to India’s entrepreneurship ecosystem, making it more than just a sales job — it is a strong learning and growth opportunity.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Call and connect with company-provided leads only
- Engage with Indian MSME owners, founders, and startup entrepreneurs
- Explain SAHAYAK Advisory’s end-to-end business solutions
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services
- Maintain regular follow-ups to close deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Update lead status and interactions in CRM or internal systems
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Key Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus)
- Basic understanding or interest in startups, MSMEs, and entrepreneurship
- Confident calling and persuasive abilities
- Willingness to learn about government schemes, compliance, and business growth
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
- Prior inside sales or tele-sales experience is an advantage (freshers can also apply)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
