Job Overview:
We are hiring finance professionals for Record to Report (R2R) roles across multiple levels including Associate, Senior Associate, and Assistant Manager for a leading global client. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting US-based operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage General Ledger accounting and maintain accurate financial records
Pass Journal Entries, Accruals, and Adjustments
Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Handle Month-End and Year-End Close activities
Prepare and review Financial Statements & Reports
Manage Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Com – Mandatory
M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter – Preferred
Candidates who have only B.com can also be considered , masters is not mandatory.
15-30 notice will be considered.
Experience in R2R / General Accounting (freshers with strong fundamentals can also be considered for Associate roles)
Good communication skills and willingness to work in US Shift (Night Shift)

Associate- 1-3 years- 3.6-5 LPA
Senior Associate- 3-5 Years- up to 9 LPA
