JOB DESCRIPTION
· Coordinating marketing strategies across multiple channels
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
· Managing budgets for media and marketing campaigns
· Trying new marketing messages, channels, and opportunities
· Building relationships with international and domestic media outlets
· Directing the company's social media strategy and ensuring company’s presence on each social
media platform
· Day-to-day management of digital media/social networking campaigns including coordinating creative production with agency partners for marketing material and content apps for mobile/social platforms, social media comment generation and responses, landing page optimization, budget management
· Develop quarterly plans and execute the plans ensuring regular monitoring of product listings, product detail and product presentation.
· Increasing brand visibility and customer acquisition across multiple channels
· Develop implement and monitor new campaigns associated with product launches
· Evaluating the performance of campaigns and troubleshooting those that underperform
· Monitoring and improving the website and digital presence through SEO
· Managing third-party vendors and in-house employees in the marketing department including the graphic designers
· Brainstorming ways to promote new products or initiatives
· Listening to customer feedback from customer service reps and social media platforms
· Working closely with the sales team for developing marketing strategies for specific regions and locations
· Ensuring the design and development of marketing material including catalogue, posters, videos and animations according to the requirements
· Regularly tracking industry trends and consumer insights to strategize marketing activities and keeping upper management updated about the trends
· Research emerging technologies as well as competitor’s digital strategy for industry best practices and opportunities to improve internal tools and capabilities of paid media
· Consistent tracking of brand and product line performance from marketing perspective and taking corrective actions wherever needed.
· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
· Partner with HR for leveraging digital media for employer branding.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
