We are an E-commerce platform specialising in industrial and engineering tools and equipment. We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven E-commerce Specialist who is export in SHOPIFY, to manage product listings, data accuracy, and platform operations while ensuring a seamless buying experience for B2B and industrial customers.
The ideal candidate should understand how industrial customers search, compare, and purchase products online, and be comfortable handling large product catalogs with both technical and commercial data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings in Master Excel sheets and oversee website uploads, achieving daily performance targets.
- Has to work on the prioritised product Listing by way of having a full understanding of what parameters the customer will look for.
- Review brand catalogues and reference websites to ensure accurate product details and technical specifications.
- Regularly update product listings and collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations.
- Perform quality control checks on product information to maintain high standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure data consistency across platforms.
- Set Targets and reporting the progress periodically on time.
Must have Skills and Qualifications:
1) Should know how to use a Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
2) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
3) Having know-how of Shopify and how to upload the products
4) Languages Spoken, Written and Reading- English is required, and any additional would-be a plus.
5) Any Educational/ University degree.
Additional/Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the industrial engineering sector or similar industries.
- Advanced Excel certification
- Power BI certification
- Knowledge of Graphic/Engineering design software’s would be plus.
- Familiarity with video editing software and basic video production techniques.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for content management on websites and landing pages.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
