Position: Service Engineer
minimum 0–3-year Experience or Fresher Also Apply
Salary: 20,000 to 25,000
Locations: Shapar office
Key Responsibilities :
1. Installation and commissioning of laser marking machines.
2. Machine setup, testing, alignment, and calibration.
3. Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, software, and laser-related faults.
4. Preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
5. Handling customer service calls and resolving complaints.
6. Providing machine operation and maintenance training to customers.
7. Preparing service and installation reports.
8. Maintaining service records and machine history.
9. Coordinating with Technical, Production, and Sales teams.
10. Providing remote technical support when required.
11. Visiting customer locations for installation and service.
12. Maintaining service tools, equipment, and spare parts.
13. Following laser and workplace safety procedures.
14. Maintaining professional communication with customers.
Required Skills / Knowledge
- Basic electrical and electronics knowledge.
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Machine troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer and software knowledge.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of laser marking machines is an advantage.
Requirements
Relevant field Automation experience (Manufacturing / Industrial / Machinery preferred)
Strong communication, Observation & presentation skills
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings (if required)
