About the Role:
The Business Analyst will work closely with all programme and supporting teams in Bhumi, and will be responsible for translating requirements into structured documentation, validating tools against requirements, and supporting data and operational activities. They will need to work closely with technology service providers, and be the bridge between Bhumi teams and external vendors/consultants/internal Tech team in translating functional requirements to software solutions that make our teams efficient in their work.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working closely with internal teams to gather requirements for tools and automation, and creating structured documentation of the requirements.
- Exploring and evaluating new software tools that can address the requirements of various teams, and help them be more efficient. Work with external vendors or consultants to create new tools as required.
- Test applications and tools delivered by vendors/consultants/internal Tech team against documented requirements to ensure complete feature delivery.
- Support with data management activities like validation, bulk upload and reconciliation across systems
- Provide day to day operational support with respect to issue tracking and resolution, implementation of process improvements and delivering automation.
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Minimum Graduate degree in IT, Engineering or related field. PG degree preferred.
- Certifications in project management, agile/scrum methodologies will be a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools, SQL and advanced Excel proficiency will be plus
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience.
