We are looking for a passionate and creative Psychology Engagement Specialist to enhance learner engagement, strengthen community interactions, and create meaningful psychology-related content. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Psychology and excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with students, professionals, and mental health enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage psychology-focused educational and engagement content across various platforms.
- Create informative posts, articles, newsletters, blogs, and student communication materials.
- Engage with students, aspirants, and professionals through social media, online communities, and communication channels.
- Coordinate webinars, workshops, live sessions, and academic events related to psychology and mental health.
- Respond to queries from students and provide timely support regarding courses, programs, and academic resources.
- Collaborate with faculty, psychologists, and content teams to create learner-centric content.
- Conduct research on current trends, developments, and emerging topics in psychology and mental health.
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest strategies to improve student participation and community growth.
- Assist in developing awareness campaigns, promotional materials, and educational initiatives.
- Gather feedback from students and stakeholders to improve engagement and learning experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology (MA/MSc Psychology preferred).
- Strong understanding of psychological concepts and mental health topics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex psychological concepts into engaging and understandable content.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in content writing, student engagement, counseling support, or educational programs.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Experience with webinar and event coordination.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) will be an added advantage.

Experience:
