Hiring: Recruitment Manager
Location: Indore
Experience: 2+ years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition (Male, female both can apply)
Salary: Best in the industry (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality.
- Track recruitment metrics and team performance.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in bulk hiring is preferred.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
