Job Description:
Digittrix Infotech Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our international sales efforts and drive business growth in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client acquisition, lead generation, and closing deals in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets (US, UK, Australia, Europe).
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior business development team members when required.
