Video Editor – Remote (Performance-Based)
Pragma Systems is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our remote team. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality video content for our digital and social media platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos.
- Create content such as Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and social media videos.
- Add transitions, text, subtitles, music, and visual effects.
- Ensure videos are creative, professional, and aligned with content requirements.
- Stay updated with current social media and video editing trends.
- Collaborate with the team remotely and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Requirements
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Good creativity and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of social media content and trends.
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow project requirements.
- Previous video editing experience or a portfolio is preferred.
- Freshers with good video editing skills are welcome to apply.
- Must have access to a laptop/PC and a stable internet connection.
Compensation
This is a performance-based opportunity and does not include a fixed monthly salary. Compensation and incentives will be based on performance, quality of work, completed tasks, and agreed project outcomes. Complete compensation details will be discussed clearly with selected candidates.
