Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Broadband Internet Plans and Internet Leased Line (ILL) services across residential, commercial, and enterprise segments in Nagpur. The role involves extensive fieldwork, lead generation, and achieving revenue targets in assigned areas.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify potential customers in residential societies, commercial complexes, and industrial areas across Nagpur.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and local marketing activities.
- Promote and sell broadband connections and leased line solutions to individuals, SMEs, and corporates.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and explain technical offerings in a simplified manner.
2. Area Coverage & Market Expansion
- Develop strong presence in key areas such as IT parks, business hubs, and residential zones in Nagpur.
- Expand network reach by onboarding new customers and increasing penetration in assigned territory.
- Identify high-potential areas for broadband expansion and enterprise connectivity.
3. Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for broadband and leased line services.
- Maintain strong conversion ratio and sales pipeline.
- Focus on maximizing revenue per customer and upselling higher plans.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Handle customer queries and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams for timely service delivery.
5. Coordination & Documentation
- Ensure proper KYC documentation and agreement execution.
- Coordinate internally for service activation and issue resolution.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
6. Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems.
- Provide insights on competitor activities and pricing in Nagpur market.
- Share feedback on customer preferences and service improvements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of broadband connections sold (monthly)
- Number of leased line deals closed
- Monthly revenue generated
- Lead-to-conversion ratio
- Area-wise market penetration
- Collection efficiency
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi, English; Marathi preferred)
- Knowledge of broadband and leased line services
- Ability to handle field sales and meet aggressive targets
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (added advantage)
- Familiarity with Nagpur geography and local market
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 12th with Computer Knowledge in Excel & Mails,
- 1–3 years of experience in telecom/ISP/field sales
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively within Nagpur
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
- Target-oriented and self-driven personality
- Own 2 wheeler must with valid license.
- 5g smart phone.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
