Job Title: Software Support Executive

We are looking for a Software Support Executive to assist customers with software implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support. The role offers hands-on learning in Tally, Windows cloud hosting, and business software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide software support and resolve customer queries.
- Assist in software implementation and configuration.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
- Support Windows cloud hosting solutions.
- Manage and maintain business data accurately.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Test software and report issues for resolution.
