As we scale our clinics and teams, we're looking for a sharp, people-first Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Own end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Work closely with hiring managers across clinical and operations teams to understand talent needs
- Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial screening calls and HR interviews to assess culture and role fitment
- Manage recruitment MIS, trackers, and pipeline reporting
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal panels
- Deliver a smooth, professional candidate experience at every stage
- Support employer branding efforts to position Dezy as an employer of choice

✅ MUST HAVE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✔ 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
✔ Prior experience in the healthcare industry — dental industry experience strongly preferred
✔ Hands-on sourcing experience via LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to handle multiple open positions at the same time
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

- Experience hiring for clinical roles (dentists, dental assistants, specialists)
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth organisation
- Understanding of healthcare credentialing or compliance processes

Pay: ₹10,037.68 - ₹42,644.55 per month
