Role Overview
The solar Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and operational requirements are met. The role involves working closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from initiation to completion
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal departments
- Prepare project schedules, reports, and progress updates
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Handle project documentation, approvals, and technical reports
- Identify and resolve project-related issues and delays
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings
- Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / IT or relevant field)
- Certification in project management is an added advantage
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in project execution, engineering, or related roles
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
