We are looking for Software Support Specialist

Location : Rajan Square, 3rd Floor, No:4, Gokhale road, Chinna Chokkikulam, Madurai - 625002
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to end users in Indian/SG market on enquires to HRMS software via phone call / email / ticket / remote assistance.
- Provide Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issue
- Perform data migration works
- Conduct product (Software) training to end users.
- Resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Involve in ad-hoc project.
- Provide consultancy service on HRMS software.
- Implement best practices to improve response time, issue resolution, and ticket management.
- Optimize workflows to prevent backlogs and ensure smooth team operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
- Strong IT and Software troubleshooting skills would be an added advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication is Mandatory
Work Timing
- Shift timings (06:30 AM IST - 03:30 PM IST) (Monday to Saturday)
- Mandatory to work from Office
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,896.96 per month
