KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -
1. Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the professional lighting segment, especially for SITC-based projects.
- Build strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, electrical contractors, government, and institutional customers.
- Map potential turnkey projects and generate leads in infrastructure, industrial, and government segments.
2. Project Sales Management
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for SITC lighting projects including design discussions, solution proposal, and order closure.
- To secure orders from NHAI Contractors on SITC basis, government departments for high value street and flood lighting contracts, EPC contractors, builders etc.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations in coordination with the design and technical teams.
- Participate in tender submissions, negotiations, and contract finalization.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the project ecosystem.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to understand upcoming project pipelines and requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Coordination for Project Execution
- Work closely with design, supply chain, and project execution teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation.
- Monitor project timelines related to supply, installation, design, and commissioning.
- Address customer concerns and ensure smooth project completion.
5. Market Intelligence
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and new project opportunities in the lighting and electrical industry.
- Provide insights to support business planning and product positioning.
6. Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned sales targets, order booking, and revenue goals for SITC projects.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
7. Product Segments
- High mast and poles, façade, decorative poles
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Preferred
- 10–15 years of experience in B2B or project sales or SITC projects, preferably in lighting, electrical products, or building solutions.
- Experience in handling solar based SITC projects shall be preferred.
- Must have experience in Pre tender and spec-in activity with the clients.
