Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROAS and lead quality.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and targeting strategies.
- Create and test ad creatives, ad copies, CTAs, and campaign structures.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs such as:
- CTR
- CPC
- CPA
- ROAS
- Conversion Rate
- Set up and manage:
- Meta Pixel
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion tracking
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design and content team for creatives and campaign assets.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of:
- Google Ads Manager
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Experience handling campaigns for e-commerce, lead generation, or service-based businesses.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make strategic optimization decisions.
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and funnel strategy is a plus.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
