Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with 3–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably from the laboratory industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing vendors, managing procurement activities, negotiating prices and contracts, ensuring timely delivery of materials, maintaining procurement documentation, and supporting cost optimization while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute procurement activities based on business and operational requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and service requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for laboratory equipment, chemicals, consumables, and other operational requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and periodically evaluate supplier performance.
Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate commercial terms to achieve cost savings.
Finalize purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Track purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Resolve delivery delays, quality issues, and invoice discrepancies with vendors.
Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, vendor databases, and supporting documentation.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier developments to identify costeffective procurement opportunities.
Prepare procurement reports, MIS, and purchase-related analysis as required by management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
3–4 years of procurement experience in a laboratory/testing laboratory environment.
Experience in purchasing laboratory chemicals, instruments, consumables, and related materials will be preferred.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills. '
Ability to manage multiple procurement activities and meet timelines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
