We are seeing a High-Performing, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Power Generation business with the EPC
(Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contractors segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by
positioning our Pai Kane (PKG) products through EPC companies.
ORGANIZATION STRATEGY
The sales strategy outlined by the company
- develop project business for gensets, LT Switchboards, CSS, Transformers, Lighting Towers, BESS, Solar.
- generate business from EPC contractors for various PKG projects.
- build list of focus customers who will give repeat business for maximum of our offerings
- increase recognition as a professional electrical contracting company
- develop customer connect
- build professional projects, enquiry pipeline & business.
DATA RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities and focus areas, in line with company strategy.
1. Generating new EPC companies.
2. Handling existing data base of EPC list & meeting them.
3. Sales Focus and meeting the set targets.
4. Market intel on competitor prices
5. Co-ordinating within the estimation team & ensuring quotes on time.
6. Performance reports
- sales vs AOP performance
- new customers created per month (enquiries as well as orders)
- enquiries received per month / quoted per month / converted per month
- revenue per customer
- customers visited per week & month
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or electrical. ●
Experience: 2 to 3 Yrs of experience in selling Electrical products (preferably power
products).
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
