Key Responsibilities:
Find and bid on IT projects through Upwork, Freelancer & other platforms
Prepare and submit project proposals
Follow up with clients and generate leads
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team
Requirements:
Knowledge of IT bidding platforms
Good English communication & proposal writing skills
Basic understanding of IT services
Good negotiation and analytical skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
