E-commerce Operations / Customer Care Executive (Shopify)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused E-commerce Operations Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for processing Shopify orders, providing excellent customer support, tracking shipments, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers in the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage Shopify orders accurately.
- Respond to customer emails and chats in professional English.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Handle returns, exchanges, refunds and customer complaints according to company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve order or product issues.
- Update order information, customer records and internal systems.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
- Assist with general e-commerce and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience with Shopify or any e-commerce platform is preferred.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable using Gmail, Google Sheets/Excel and online business tools.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international customers.
- Knowledge of shipping, order fulfilment and tracking processes.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and solve customer issues efficiently.
