Position Summary
The school is seeking a disciplined, energetic, and student-focused Martial Arts Coach to train and mentor students across various age groups. The coach will be responsible for conducting martial arts sessions, promoting physical fitness and self-defense skills, instilling discipline and confidence in students, and preparing students for demonstrations, competitions, and school events.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct martial arts training sessions for students as per the school schedule.
- Teach self-defense techniques, physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, and discipline.
- Develop age-appropriate training programs for primary, middle, and senior school students.
- Ensure student safety during all practice sessions and activities.
- Prepare students for inter-school competitions, belt examinations, demonstrations, and events.
- Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and performance evaluations of students.
- Encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, confidence, and respect among students.
- Coordinate with school authorities for sports events and activity planning.
- Inspect and maintain training equipment and ensure proper use of facilities.
- Follow school policies, child safety guidelines, and CBSE norms related to sports and physical education.
Eligibility Criteria
- Certification/Diploma/Degree in Martial Arts from a recognized academy or federation.
- Prior experience coaching students in schools, academies, or sports institutions preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students across age groups.
- Knowledge of fitness training and injury prevention techniques.

- Patience, discipline, and leadership qualities.
- Ability to organize martial arts events and competitions.
- First-aid knowledge will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
