- Greet customers warmly when they enter the shop.
- Take orders and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, or dietary restrictions.
- Make recommendations based on customer flavor preferences.
- Prepare coffee and tea including espresso shots, lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brews.
- Grind beans and steam milk to the correct temperature and texture.
- Serve food items like pastries, sandwiches, or light snacks
- Operate and clean equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
- Process payments accurately using the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock supplies like cups, lids, syrups, and coffee beans.
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, seating areas, and workstations
