Telecaller / Calling Executive (On-Site)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on interview and skills)
Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential participants.
* Explain Flying Femme's pageants and training programs.
* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into registrations.
* Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM regularly.
* Manage CRM data and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
* Male/Female candidates can apply.
* Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
* Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
