As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an ambitious French-speaking professional who can help generate qualified sales opportunities, strengthen our market presence, and contribute to business expansion across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and other French-speaking regions.
Role Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a critical role in identifying prospective clients, engaging key decision-makers, executing outbound outreach campaigns, and supporting Dartificial's social selling initiatives on LinkedIn.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy prospecting, relationship building, lead generation, and working in an international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients within target industries and accounts.
- Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn, company websites, business directories, and other research tools.
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers, including:
- CEOs
- CTOs
- CIOs
- CISOs
- IT Directors
- Heads of Data & Analytics
- Procurement Managers
- Generate qualified opportunities for Dartificial's service offerings, including:
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Data Engineering & Analytics
- Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Agentic AI Solutions
- IT Staff Augmentation
Outbound Sales Development
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
- Initiate and manage conversations with prospective clients in French.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business requirements.
- Conduct consistent follow-up and nurturing activities.
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the leadership and sales teams.
LinkedIn Social Selling & Brand Awareness
- Support Dartificial's LinkedIn growth strategy across French-speaking markets.
- Engage with relevant industry content through professional interactions and discussions.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and industry stakeholders.
- Increase Dartificial's brand visibility among target audiences.
- Identify engagement opportunities within relevant communities and industry groups.
- Support growth and engagement of the company LinkedIn page.
CRM Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within CRM platforms.
- Track outreach performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly activity, pipeline, and performance reports.
- Ensure data quality and CRM hygiene standards.
Market Research & Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
- Identify emerging opportunities within target markets.
- Provide insights to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Business, French Language, or a related discipline.
Experience
1–5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Lead Generation
- Business Development
- Sales Development
- Inside Sales
- Appointment Setting
Previous experience in B2B Technology, IT Services, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Consulting, or Staffing industries will be highly preferred.

Compensation
Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum
(Compensation will be determined based on experience, performance, and French language proficiency.)
