VRIDDHI GROUP is looking for a polite, confident, and customer-focused Tele Caller to handle inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to assist customers professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and manage incoming customer calls.
Respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
Record customer details and maintain call records.
Escalate complex queries to the concerned department when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries efficiently.
Follow company guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and/or English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a professional office environment.
