JOB DESCRIPTION
· Identify and explore new business opportunities across various industries and market segments
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads through multiple channels such as calls, references, and digital platforms
- Initiate and handle client communication to understand business requirements and pain points
- Present and explain company products and services in a clear and persuasive manner
- Assist clients with services such as tender information, tender participation, GeM portal registration, and documentation support
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to move leads through the sales pipeline
- Convert potential leads into clients through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Track daily activities, client interactions, and sales performance data
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends, tender opportunities, and competitor activities
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing effective marketing strategies
· Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and explain products/services such as Tender Information, Tender Bidding, GeM portal services, and Certification services
· Aim to increase revenue through outbound and inbound calls
· Actively generate leads and engage with potential and existing customers to promote products or services
· Convert leads into customers through telephonic conversations
· Demonstrate the ability to convince customers to purchase products or services
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance data
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty
· Follow the sales script and strategy while also improvising when needed within the telesales role
· Coordinate with concerned departments to resolve customer queries and complaints
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
· Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, telesales, or tender-related work
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
